19 winners of NT$10 million in March-April 2023 receipts

According to the Ministry of Finance (MOF) 19 receipts with NT$10 million special prize-winning with the lucky ticket number “20783987” were issued last March and April 2023 as part of Taiwan’s bimonthly invoice lottery.
The MOF also announced that there are also 17 receipts winners with the number “04135859” with a grand prize of NT$2 million. According to a report consumer from PX Mart that spent NT$293 won the special prize, other 2 winners who spent NT$62 and NT$46 respectively on bread and beverages at 7-Eleven also won the special prize.
Below are the additional prize for matching of any First Prize ticket above will also win as much as NT$40,000.
Second Prize - NT$40,000 for matching the last seven digits of any of the First Prize winning numbers.
Third Prize - NT$10,000 for matching the last six digits of any of the First Prize winning numbers.
Fourth Prize - NT$4,000 for matching the last five digits of any of the First Prize winning numbers.
Fifth Prize - NT$1,000 for matching the last four digits of any of the First Prize winning numbers.
Sixth Prize - NT$200 for matching the last three digits of any of the First Prize winning numbers.
