Manila, Philippines – Amid flood control corruption, the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee conducted a hearing on September 1, 2025, to investigate alleged anomalies in flood control projects.

On November 30, Kilusang Bayan Kontra Kurakot (KBKK) organized another anti-corruption rally that took place in Luneta Park and EDSA, focusing on the flood control scandal. Protesters gathered demanding accountability and transparency in the government who handled flood control projects.
Meanwhile, Vivamax Star Rhea Montemayor is trending in her interview with Tiyo Bri Podcast episode 55 from 2 months ago. Rhea Montemayor revealed that politicians are so generous giving Php200,000 pesos only for TIP without touching yet.
Last Sunday, Rhea Montemayor posted on her social media thanking Senator Raffy Tulfo for inviting her to Tulfo’s Christmas Party but the caption is now deleted.
Montemayor also added that the Senator’s first name started with the letter “R” and the last name’s second letter is “F”.
Ramon Tulfo, brother of Raffy Tulfo, made a bold statement on his social media that maybe his brother is the one who’s referring to the Vivamax Star.
