Taipei, Taiwan – Barbie Hsu’s funeral and eco-friendly tree burial services has been chosen by her family as the final resting place of the late actress.
This type of funeral services requires the cremated remains of the late Actress to be finely ground and placed near tree roots for minerals in the ash to be incorporated into the soil, according to Taipei Mortuary Services Office.

Taipei started trial tree burials since 2003 and has completed 64,000 burials, with about 800 applications per month. This type of eco-friendly burials allow the deceased to return to the earth naturally according to Taipei Mortuary Services Office.
